Medica in partnership with Medica Behavioral Health, facilitate quarterly meetings with pediatricians and behavioral health providers. The focus of these meetings is how to best provide coordinated medical and behavioral care for children, adolescents, and their families. Learn more about this program.

Enhancing Authentic Practitioner-Patient Communication
Medica developed the Walking in their Shoes training programs to be used as tools for improving the quality of your patient-caregiver interactions. These programs are designed to improve communication skills across cultures and across all levels of health literacy.

Process Improvement Teams
The focus of each team is education, information sharing and improving shared processes related to accurate, timely claims payment, thereby improving cash flow for the provider and reducing rework for both organizations.
