    • Personnel and Compensation Committee
    The Personnel and Compensation Committee shall assist the Medica Holding Company Board of Directors and it’s subsidiaries to set and administer the policies that govern compensation, benefits and human resource practices at Medica Holding Company.

    • Technology Committee
    The Technology Committee shall provide governance and oversight relative to Medica’s planned conversion from UnitedHealth Group’s COSMOS platform to the United Platform and the re-platforming of the COSMOS system. The Committee will also provide counsel relative to contract negotiations and possible new business ventures with UnitedHealth Group. The Committee will also provide counsel and oversight of contingency planning if conditions warrant.
